The rectangular grid layout of the ancient Greek foundation of Napoli, which is still discernible, was the source of inspiration for the Napoli Nightstand. It was known by the Romans as a paragon of Hellenistic culture. During the Roman era the people of Naples maintained their Greek language and customs. During this period the city was expanded with elegant Roman villas, aqueducts, and public baths. Since the middle ages Naples has been an important hub of art and architecture as expressed in its ancient forts and palaces.

The Napoli Nightstand was designed by Shah Gilani, ISFD. It is available in a variety of finishes and accents. The material used to manufacture this exquisite piece is dark rosewood. The ring drawer pulls and tassel door pulls are solid bronze castings handmade by our master craftsmen. The drawer is Melamine lined and moves on soft-closing slides of the highest quality. The doors have self closing hinges. With its modern elegance it makes an exceptional piece of furniture for upscale residential and hospitality interiors. Four Polished Bronze glides are provided which also serve as levelers – a useful feature to have if the floor is uneven. Custom sizing is available.

Ours is an artisanal product made in a traditional and non-mechanized way. We are able to design and manufacture case furniture ranging in style from traditional through art nouveau and art deco, to modern and contemporary. One of the special services we offer is the ability to customize our product to fit the client’s specification. Drawings are made and finish samples prepared for client approval. Custom work is our specialty.
