Description

Diego Triangular Coffee Table was designed for use in high end residential and hospitality interiors. Robust bronze construction ensures strength and stability even with a heavy glass top and shelf in place. The surface of the bronze is beautifully textured as though it was sculpted by an artist. It is made by a casting process. Molten bronze is poured into a mold that can be used only once. The rough casting is then painstakingly smoothed by a master craftsman. This is a long and laborious process requiring great attention to detail so as not to destroy the texture. Such organic surface texture was widely used by Diego Giacometti (1902 – 1985) on his furniture and lighting creations. As a tribute to this gifted artist this coffee table is named for him. The bronze is available either polished or in a variety of hand-applied patinas. Diego Triangular Coffee Table was designed by Shah Gilani, ISFD. Custom sizing is available.

Ours is an artisanal product made in a traditional and non-mechanized way. We are able to design and manufacture coffee tables and cocktail tables ranging in style from traditional through art nouveau and art deco, to modern and contemporary. One of the special services we offer is the ability to customize our product to fit the client’s specification. Drawings are made and finish samples prepared for client approval. Custom work is our specialty.
