Description
The Floating Top Desk was designed by Shah Gilani, ISFD. It consists of metal legs to which drawer cabinets are attached which appear to hang from the legs. The wood top appears to float over the drawer cabinets. There is a total of 8 drawers. Each drawer cabinet has two drawers. In addition, the top has four pencil drawers. The drawers are Melamine lined and run on soft-closing slides. Polished bronze glides are provided which also serve as levelers – a useful feature to have when the floor is uneven. Available in a variety of hand-applied multilayer finishes as well as wood stains. The Floating Top Desk is offered in three sizes – large, medium, and small. Custom sizing is available.

We are able to design and manufacture writing tables and desks ranging in style ranging from traditional through art nouveau and art deco, to modern and contemporary. One of the special services we offer is the ability to customize our product to fit the client’s specification. Drawings are made and finish samples prepared for client approval. Custom work is our specialty.
